This website (“bepawsome.in”, “Be Pawsome”, “We”, “Us”) is owned and operated by Be Pawsome (formerly Pet Chefin), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 002 Maria Manor, Opposite Bank of Baroda, Tambuchetty Road, Cox Town, Bangalore – 560005, Karnataka, India (“Company”).

By accessing or using the site, including browsing or purchasing pet snacks and products, you agree to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any amendments.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between the Company and you (“User”, “Customer”, “You”). If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use constitutes acceptance.

MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here; continued use implies acceptance.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18+ and competent to contract under Indian law. Minors require guardian consent. No multiple accounts; violations may lead to termination.

PROHIBITIONS

No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of site content.

No reverse engineering, viruses, or data mining.

No fraudulent activity or unauthorized access.

Violations may result in account suspension.

Prices in INR; subject to change. We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but errors may occur—we reserve cancellation rights. Ingredient lists approximate; check labels

PAYMENTS & TAXES

All taxes (GST, etc.) are included in prices. Payments via secure gateways; no storage of card details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed. Limited personal use license; no other rights granted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By Us: Possible for stock issues, errors, fraud. Full refund if charged.

By You: Within 24 hours before order processing begins; no cancellations afterward.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or pet health issues (e.g., allergic reactions, digestive problems, or adverse effects from feeding our products).

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

You acknowledge that pet nutrition varies by individual animal; we provide general product info only, and you are solely responsible for assessing suitability, monitoring your pet, and consulting a veterinarian.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any pet condition.

No warranties express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) beyond what's stated on the product label.

TERMINATION

We may terminate access anytime without notice for violations. Obligations survive termination.

GOVERNING LAW

Indian laws apply; Disputes via arbitration (Arbitration Act, 1996); failing that, Bengaluru courts.
